When?

Referral Process

Children and Young People can be referred by any agency who have identified an additional support need (school, youth worker, health worker, social worker, family support worker, EWO etc). On request our programme manager will send you an assessment form to complete and a start date will be agreed.

Term-time referrals will be booked onto appropriate programmes linked to age, timetable and need for a minimum of six sessions. This placement will then be reviewed every half-term – some young people stay with us for several years!

Each half-term our instructors will complete report forms based on ECM(Every Child Matters?) outcomes and Individual Learner Plans to evidence achievement.

Holiday groups are one-off days and ideal as incentives or reward for positive behaviour or respite care.
