The trustees of the charity offer a broad range of skills and experience. The full Board of Trustees meets with the Chief Executive on a four-monthly basis to oversee the running of the charity and to deal with issues arising. A scheme of Trustee ‘Champions’ exists to provide support in specialist areas. The Board also has corporate governance and finance sub-committees which meet on an ad hoc basis.
