Short breaks for children with disabilities

BF Adventure offers fully funded multi-activity days for disabled children and young
people (7 – 18yrs).

The shorts breaks will offer children and young people a chance to try out a variety of exciting challenges which could include abseiling, canoeing, archery, bush craft and a range of other activities whilst also developing new friendships, take part in new experiences and to have fun doing positive activities.

Depending on the individual support needs, visitors can take part in BF Adventure’s mainstream holiday activities, have fun in peer groups or enjoy a day out with their family.

Days can also be arranged during school holidays and on weekends.

In some cases subsidies can also be provided for transport, lunch, child care and specialised support staff.
